Regulation

General Terms and Conditions:

- A prepayment of 30% of the total amount is required for room reservations.

- The down payment shall be made exclusively by bank transfer.

- The reservation is considered valid for all purposes from the day of receipt of the deposit, which, once paid, may be refunded by cancellation within 24 hours of the arrival date with the amount of the first night deducted.

- Payment of the balance is due upon the guest's departure.

- LIABILITY. In the event of damage to the property or movable property in the rooms, guests will be held liable and will have to cover the costs of restoration. For the resolution of any civil disputes, reference will be made to the Court of Turin.

- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. The following check-in and check-out times must be observed on arrival and departure days. Entry to the rooms is permitted from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., unless prior arrangements have been made. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated no later than 10 a.m.

- Pets not allowed.

- The tourist tax will be reimbursed according to the rates in the municipal regulation.

- Smoking and the organisation of parties or events are not permitted.

- It is also stated that it is necessary to climb stairs and that some spaces are shared.

- Suitable for children over the age of 12, for the peace of mind of our guests the facility is NOT suitable for infants or children, please also note that the swimming pool is for private use only.

Bed & Breakfast:

- In order to enable the Bed & Breakfast rooms to be cleaned and tidied daily, the rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. Daily room cleaning.

- Sheets and linen will be changed twice a week.

- Breakfast is served from 08.30 to 10.30.

Priveè:

- Cleaning of the accommodation can be requested at the time of booking at an additional cost, which will be quantified in the estimate, please note that cleaning does NOT include tidying up the kitchen and dishes.

- Breakfast service can be requested at the time of booking at an additional cost, which will be quantified in the quote.

- Towels and bed linen included for the duration of the stay at no extra cost.

- For stays of not less than 6 days, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the period.

Village | Lu Mare:

- Cleaning of the accommodation can be requested at the time of booking at an additional cost, which will be quantified in the estimate, please note that cleaning does NOT include tidying up the kitchen and dishes.

- Breakfast service can be requested at the time of booking at an additional cost, which will be quantified in the quote.
